Eric Dean Turic

Eric Turic was born in Michigan and raised in Oklahoma, where he attended the University of Tulsa. He's always been someone who enjoys a challenge. Whether it was taking college courses while still in high school, putting himself through college as the first of five siblings to do so, starting his own furniture design business, or pursuing opportunities in film and television, Eric has always been driven by curiosity and a desire to keep learning.

His interest in homes and architecture started after discovering the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Later, while living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, he became fascinated with adobe homes and Earthships—self-sustaining homes that blend innovative design with practical living. That passion followed him to California, where he had the opportunity to work for a boutique developer in West Hollywood and see firsthand how great homes are designed, built, and transformed.

Eric later opened DAVINCI, a bespoke furniture showroom and design studio, with his husband. Through the business, he worked with homeowners, designers, celebrity clients, and companies like Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom, creating custom furniture for homes of every style. It gave him a unique perspective on how thoughtful design can completely change the way a home looks, feels, and functions.

His passion didn't stop there. Eric also renovated several of his own properties in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs. Those experiences taught him the realities of construction, remodeling, budgeting, and how to recognize a home's hidden potential. More importantly, they reinforced something he's always believed: every home has a story, and with the right vision, almost every property has untapped possibilities.

That philosophy is what eventually led him to real estate.

Today, Eric combines his experience in architecture, design, furniture, renovation, and real estate to help clients make informed decisions with confidence. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a luxury property, searching for an investment, or looking for a fixer with great potential, Eric helps them see opportunities that others often miss. His clients appreciate his honest advice, attention to detail, and ability to look beyond what's there today to see what a property can become.

For Eric, real estate isn't just about buying and selling homes—it's about helping people find the right fit for their lifestyle, goals, and future. He believes every client deserves straightforward communication, thoughtful guidance, and someone who will genuinely advocate for their best interests from beginning to end.

When he's not working with clients, you'll usually find Eric designing furniture, traveling, making cooking videos, entertaining friends, enjoying a great bottle of wine, or practicing the Spanish he learned while living in Mexico.
